At heart Brian is a problem solver. With over 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Brian has developed a sharp eye for ways to strategically improve efficiency and the bottom line. His entrepreneurial mind set combined with a customer service focus have enabled him to craft innovative restaurant solutions that are both powerful and effective. From credit card processing to point-of-sale solutions, restaurant owners consistently turn to Brian for products and services that maximize their success. He is the founder of Mid-South’s Finest Hospitality Advisors and past board member of the Small Business Chamber.
Ken has over 18 years of experience in software development in a wide range of industries. He has over 9 years of experience specifically in developing software for the restaurant industry, focusing on point-of-sale software, backoffice applications, and data interfaces between external systems. A Massachusetts native, he completed his BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Additionally, he earned his MBA from Webster University. Ken began developing an open source solution for restaurants in an effort to create a new model for restaurant IT infrastructure built on the principles of the open source community. In 2014, he teamed up with Brian to form Well Done with a shared vision of bridging the gap between “Big POS” and tablet POS solutions.
